All animals were hatched by Royal Q Pythons, LLC unless otherwise stated. All were properly sexed and lineage honestly represented. All Ball Pythons purchased will come with a detailed feeding chart. All will be in perfect health, free of parasites (internal and external)

Payments-
All payments made through Paypal are to be made to charlie@royalqpythons.com. We also accept money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks. Personal checks must clear in our bank before the Ball Python is considered sold.

Payment Plans-
Payment plans are available. A non-refundable 10% deposit must be left in order to hold a Ball Python. When the snake is fully paid off, it will be shipped. We are very flexible with the duration of the plan. Long and short term plans available as long as consistent payments are made. All Ball Pythons on a payment plan will continue to get the same excellent care as our other snakes.

Shipping-
Prices do not include shipping unless noted. We are a certified live reptile shipper through Fed Ex. We ship overnight delivery only. Shipments will not be made unless the temperatures in the departure and arrival cities are safe for your Ball Python to travel. We use heat/cool packs as necessary. Snakes are guaranteed to arrive alive. If someone is not home to sign for the package at the time of delivery, the live arrival guarantee is voided.

Refunds/Returns-
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new Ball Python purchase. Therefore we offer a 24 hour satisfaction guarantee.  If you decide that you do not want the snake for any reason in the 24 hours after receiving it, call us (973) 953-3665 to make arrangements to ship the animal back to us. The shipping cost is non-refundable. Purchaser pays all return shipping fees. If the snake arrives healthy back to us, a refund will be issued for the full purchase amount less shipping. If the snake was on a payment plan, the initial 10% deposit is also non-refundable.
